givnTable is a for-profit company — and we're proud of it. Running a sustainable business means we can keep serving hosts and nonprofits for the long haul.

But we believe businesses should give back too. So we've made a public pledge: the Community Table Fund, funded every quarter with at least 10% of our net platform profits and split by the votes of everyone who gives through givnTable.

Every $10 you move through givnTable — hosting or attending dinners — earns you 1 heart. Each heart is 1 vote. The fund is split among that quarter's ballot nonprofits in proportion to the hearts they receive. Hearts never reset; ballots refresh every quarter.

Every donor — hosts and guests alike — earns 🧡 hearts (1 per $10) and uses them to decide how the fund is split among that quarter's ballot nonprofits.

✦ Each quarter's ballot holds up to five nonprofits, drawn automatically by an equal-odds rotation across every Verified 501(c)(3) partner that can receive payments — every eligible partner has the same chance each quarter, and givnTable makes no selection. givnTable confirms tax-exempt status only and does not evaluate or endorse any organization. Anyone with hearts can vote — 1 heart = 1 vote. Hearts are lifetime; votes reset every quarter so you can re-allocate. Results published in our quarterly transparency report.
